For a decade, Jacque Day served as the managing editor for the New Madrid literary journal, which suspended publication in summer 2018 due to a loss of institutional funding. She is a doctoral student in American Studies at Penn State Harrisburg, with concentrations in folklore and public policy.
Jacque has worked across the media spectrum in a career that spans two decades: print journalism, radio and television, motion pictures, commercial and literary publishing, book and magazine publishing, theatrical production, and web publishing and design. During her film-production days, she fulfilled a lifelong goal of working on a movie based on a book by Richard Matheson: Stir of Echoes.
She lives in her home state of Pennsylvania with her husband, a college professor.
